What is this session about?

The Value Toolkit is a new way of thinking for the construction industry. This workshop has been developed to give you a valuable insight into how government policy makers and construction clients are considering making their procurement decisions.

By attending this workshop you will gain an appreciation on how the Value Toolkit represents a step change in the way that construction projects are conceived, developed and, most importantly, how value is delivered through the project lifecycle.
