What is the webinar about?

The built environment has struggled for decades with the tensions between using procurement to leverage costs and to make procurement inclusive for SME’s.  The increasing demands for value and supply chains that contain significant challenges relating to resilience and risk management make procurement even more complex.

During this webinar we look at both sides of the SME coin, how organisations can structure their procurement to ensure that SME’s are able to provide services essential to the completion of successful projects and how SME’s can respond to the increasing number of requirements that are flowing through the supply chain in what is becoming a fast moving environment.

Join us to hear from Matthew Galvin (SCS Railways) and Thomas Wain (Poundfield).

What will I achieve?

By the end of this webinar you will:

  • Gain insight into challenges that stop SMEs from responding to your requirements
  • Understand what strategies can be adopted to engage and encourage SME involvement in your supply chain
  • Understand as an SME how to respond to some of the key requirements your clients may be asking of you.
