Supplier Performance Management Through Procurement - workshop

This 3-hour workshop has been designed for people responsible for managing suppliers’ performance on a project or operation. It ranges from placing contracts using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through to measuring and managing performance through the life of a contract. Learners may be procurement professionals or from other disciplines responsible for supplier relationships.

Zoom - Online

Date & time

Wednesday, 20 July 2022, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM

What is the workshop about?

Identifying needs, understanding the market, and bringing this together in contractual form is time consuming and essential.  However, effort is wasted if the contract is then not managed effectively.  Opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement are also lost if performance is not managed.

This workshop has been designed to help participants understand how to work collaboratively with a supplier or group of suppliers to understand issues that impede productivity during a contract period and to develop innovative ways to improve performance together.

The session is interactive in nature and will utilise Mentimeter and Jam Board to allow participants to get the best value from the session

This is a live online course. We will contact you with joining instructions at least 24 hours before your course starts.
