VIRTUAL: Digital Construction on a Shoestring: Workshop

Join this session to understand the potential for improving your operations with low cost and off the shelf proven digital technologies such as sensors and cameras.


This fully interactive digital workshop has been developed to help small and medium sized manufacturers in the construction sector better understand how they can improve their processes and drive increased productivity and profitability through the adoption of simple and proven digital technologies.

The workshop builds on the “Lunch n Learn” from 30th September, working with companies to identify specific solutions which would help improve their operations. Aimed at senior managers, operations leaders and those who are keen to explore the possibilities for low cost digital solutions in their business. 

This workshop will help you to:

  • Build awareness of low cost digital solutions for manufacturing in the construction sector
  • Reflect on your business priorities
  • Identify potential digital solutions to help address these priorities
  • Outline a priority digital solution for your individual business

Companies taking part in this workshop may choose to engage further with IfM to develop pilot solutions.
