In order to successfully tackle exploitation in supply chains, organisations need to understand the due diligence processes they have to have in place.  Far from creating whole new processes, effective due diligence systems should enable you to embed activities into your organisation that will allow you to identify and fix if found.

This interactive workshop uses a mixture of learning techniques and encourages participants to get involved in activities and discussion around what due diligence looks like.  Focusing on pragmatic actions that organisations of any size adopt.

By the end of the session attendees should be able to:

  • Identify and create a policy and strategy that outlines their organisations approach to combatting exploitation
  • Understand the principles of risk assessments focusing on labour exploitation and the role supply chain mapping plays in addressing the risks
  • Adapt procurement strategies that will allow them to address exploitation concerns or respond to clients requirements in order address their questions
  • Understand what peer organisations are undertaking this area through sharing amongst the group

Please note that this session is not a webinar but an interactive workshop and various technologies will be used to enable the participants to engage with the variety of topics that will be discussed.
