A 3-hour workshop explaining how to ensure the success of your offsite logistics: what do you need to consider (and when!), what challenges might arise and what are the sustainability implications of different approaches. This workshop will be delivered virtually online.

What is this session about?

Logistics are important in any build – but especially central to the success of projects where offsite prefabrication is involved. To make sure the project runs smoothly, there are additional considerations that the delivery team will need to make.

In this workshop, we will take you through some of these key considerations, such as the geography of the site, transportation constraints, and location of the manufacturing facility. We’ll discuss carbon and cost implications of these decisions, and share case studies to highlight what can go wrong!
