A webinar for RDP Supply Chain Partners to highlight the power of trust and the contributing factors for building and sustaining trusting working relationships/partnerships.

How does this session link in with the broader behavioural change approach in National Highways?

This session is facilitated and led by The Improving Behaviours, Improving Performance (IBIP) program, an industry-wide initiative led by National Highways which aims to improve the collaboration and behavioural approach of National Highways and the value chain. IBIP works with National Highways Major Projects to develop and deliver behavioural maturity workstreams. The IBIP Team enable behavioural change by offering specialist advice, consultancy, training, tools and approaches and ways to support teams’ progress. We use a behavioural maturity framework to help teams focus on and develop their behaviours and measure their progress.

What can I expect from a Webinar

Webinars are a quick introduction to a topic, 45-60 mins to fit around your busy schedule.

What are the technical requirements?

You will need:

• An internet connection
• A computer with a microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook)
• Earphones/headphones/speakers (preferable)
• A tablet/iPad/smartphone/iPhone to load facilitation tools

What are the attendance requirements?

• Please arrive promptly and stay for the duration. This means arriving no later than 10 minutes to the session and attending the full session.
• To receive your CPD accreditation and for this to be tracked through your Supply Chain Sustainability School dashboard make sure your full name is reflected on your Zoom account when you join the session.
• Please note, if you fail to meet the attendance requirements, unfortunately you will not be issued a CPD Certificate.

Can I invite a colleague?

Yes, you can invite as many colleagues as you’d like. Simply follow the instructions when you click through to register under ‘Add or cancel additional attendees’.[LH1]
