What is this session about?

77% of people experience stress that affects their physical health and 73% of people have stress that impacts their mental health. It is important that we understand the impact stress can have on individuals and the coping techniques we can use to manage stress. The aim of this webinar is to identify what stress is and learn some top tips to manage pressure/stress, recognising triggers to anticipate any problems and plan how to solve them.

  • Recognise the causes 
  • Learn practical techniques to cope with stress

You will need:

  • Internet connection
  • A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook)

  • A tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone to load facilitation tools
