What is this workshop about?

This 2.5 hour workshop will cover a crucial part of retrofit – the people. It will help those working on, or aspiring to work on retrofit projects, understand the need to consider people at every stage and what best practice looks like. This will be an interactive session where attendees work with the trainer and the group. 

What will I achieve?

By joining this session, you will learn:

• Why people are key to retrofit  success
•  How to engage with residents  at each stage  
• How to minimise disruption  
• What information should be given to people on project completion

You will need:

• Internet connection
• A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook)
• Earphones/headphones/speakers (preferable)
• A tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone to load facilitation tools
