Explore diversity data from over 300,000 employees in 275 companies

You are invited to join us at our 'virtual' conference where we will be revealing the results of the industry's largest ever diversity survey.  Leading clients, trade associations and main contractors have collaborated to help us all understand better the diversity of our industry.  This conference will reveal for the first time the key diversity trends we are seeing across our industry post the pandemic and allow you to hear from those in the industry who are doing most to improve the sector's diversity and unlock the business benefits of a more diverse and inclusive workforce.

Gain valuable insights into our industry's diversity

The conference will be a fantastic opportunity to hear about our findings and pick-up tools and practical ideas on how to improve your diversity and enhance your organisation's performance.  By attending you will:

  • Explore the latest retention trends
  • Understand how to improve diversity reporting and disclosure
  • Understand how to benchmark your own company's diversity
  • Learn from those companies who are having most success in improving diversity
