Event/Workshop
GB
Tuesday, 21 January 2025, 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
What will this session cover?
This session will look at how retrofit in Wales is developing.
Retrofit is crucial for every country's decarbonisation targets, and is a huge focus in built environment policy.
Retrofit is advancing - significant progress has been made across Wales in 2024, and will continue through 2025.
The session will help you understand the size of the market in Wales, and the opportunities for suppliers throughout 2025 and beyond.
We will bring in expertise from
Welsh Government, and look at what they have done so far and going forward to
accelerate the retrofit market.
Malcolm Davies, Senior Programme Manager for Housing Decarbonisation at Welsh
Government will speak at this session and reflect on what the new UK
government, the new budgets and new programmes means for businesses across
Wales.
We will also bring in an organisation operating in this space - on how they
have developed their retrofit roll out, and what they predict 2025 will bring.
