Nature Positive: Reporting & Disclosure on Nature-Related Impacts - Virtual Conference
Event/Workshop
GB
Wednesday, 4 December 2024, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
What will this session cover?
There is a growing realisation that a nature positive approach is critical to our future. A growing range of requirements is developing around corporate reporting on nature-based impacts. Forward thinking organisations now want to demonstrate to stakeholders the progress they are making in this essential area.
As COP 16 convenes in Cali, Colombia, the world's leading businesses are moving ever closer to formalised reporting on their impacts on nature.
The Supply Chain Sustainability School has been collaborating with the GFI (Green Finance Institute), who are acting on behalf of TNFD (the Taskforce on Nature-Related Financial Disclosures) to help gain clarity on what future requirements might be and how School partners and members might best tackle this issue. This conference will update attendees on this work and give anyone new to this an introduction to the topic and information on what they can start to do straight away.
