What is this session about?
Join us in Birmingham where we'll launch the results of the sector's largest-ever diversity data survey - covering over 460,000 employees from 589 companies - proudly presented in collaboration with HS2, National Highways, Network Rail and Transport for London. Take a look back at the 2023 Diversity Survey Benchmarking Report (we'll launch the updated report after this conference).
Leading clients, contractors, suppliers, and professional associations have collaborated to help us all better understand the diversity of our sector. This conference will reveal the key diversity trends we are seeing across the sector, explore the issues arising out of those results, and provide the opportunity from those doing most to improve the sector's diversity and unlock the benefits of a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
What will I achieve?
