What is this conference about?
Is it possible to be more sustainable without impacting business results? Is there a way to balance needs?. How can we be more sustainable without decreasing performance? In the B2B universe, and in procurement particularly, Contract Management is one of the practices that challenge the sustainability issue.
In this conference we will address the common mistakes we encounter in the MANAGE stage of sustainable procurement, where effort has been made upfront in PLAN and SOURCE and we forget about KPIs and contract clauses to make sustainable procurement and social value generation a reality.
