The Inspiring Change Awards Ceremony promotes fairness, inclusion and respect by highlighting inclusive workplace culture and showcasing best practice and innovation by organisations across the UK built environment sector.

This event will feature the presentation of awards, followed by a networking lunch. You can access the agenda for the day here.

Established in 2016, the annual event attracts attendees, contributors and sponsors from across the sector who are committed to creating a more inclusive culture. Addressing workplace culture challenges and providing skills, resources and support to achieve a more inclusive built environment sector underpins the Fairness, Inclusion & Respect (FIR) Programme.

2024 Inspiring Change Awards

The Inspiring Change Awards recognise and celebrate organisations and individuals within the construction and built environment sector that have created more inclusive cultures through activities to support workplaces, education of the current and future workforce, and the community.

The Inspiring Change Awards were introduced in 2016 to recognise organisations in the sector that can demonstrate value and promote inclusion and diversity in the workplace and wider community. The awards highlight organisations that understand the broad scope of diversity, nurture a culture of fairness, inclusion and respect, and have taken active steps to ensure equal opportunity in how they operate.

Award winners are announced at this event. Find out further information >
