What is this session about?
This workshop brings together a group of M&J Evans’ suppliers and clients to help understand current Net Zero Carbon priorities, opportunities, and challenges within the housing sector. Case studies from M&J Evans’ stakeholders will be shared covering common decarbonisation themes such as materials, transport and energy, followed by interactive exercises and discussions allowing collaboration and continued learning.
What will I achieve?
- Understand M&J Evans sustainability ambitions and the impact you have
- Gain industry insight and practical advice by engaging with other suppliers and clients on decarbonisation and moving towards Net Zero
- Collaborate on how to reduce carbon in hotspot areas for the housing sector
- Share and discuss decarbonisation learnings
What are the attendance requirements?
You may be sent reading materials or supporting documents prior to the workshop, so be sure to check your inbox so you are up to speed. These sessions have limited spaces, so before booking please ensure you can attend, and can meet the full attendance requirements.
Please arrive promptly and stay for the duration of the event. This means arriving no later than 10 minutes to the workshop and attending the full 2 hours. No recordings will be available of the live session.
To receive your CPD accreditation and for this to be tracked through your Supply Chain Sustainability School dashboard make sure your full name is reflected on your Zoom account when you join the session.
Please note, if you fail to meet the attendance requirements, unfortunately you will not be issued a CPD Certificate.
Can I invite a colleague?
Yes, you can invite as many colleagues as you’d like. Simply follow the instructions when you click through to register under ‘Add or cancel additional attendees’.
What are the technical requirements?
You will need:
- Internet connection
- A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook)
- Earphones/headphones/speakers (preferable)
- A tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone to load facilitation tools.
