This is the first of two workshops on the Downloading a Digital Mindset course, and serves as an introduction to the Supply Chain Sustainability School's interactive digital learning programme - equipping leaders with the skills to lead digital change.

In this 3-hour workshop you will:

• learn about the free digital resources available through the Supply Chain Sustainability School
• learn how to benchmark your own digital capability through our innovative Digital Maturity and Training Needs Assessment Tools
• see how to create personalised learning action plans with content specifically selected to help fill your corporate or personal knowledge gaps
• understand the characteristics required of a digital leader
• understand how to make the business case for digital innovation in your business

By completing this digital leadership learning programme, you will be better able to embed a digital approach into your business strategy. You will understand how to: 

• Evaluate the benefits and value of digitalisation, including process improvement and technical interventions 
• Deliver the cultural change needed to achieve digital transformation 
• Evaluate your digital corporate readiness 
• Understand the link between data, digital technologies, productivity, value and innovation 
• Deliver digital transformation in a project environment 
• Embed digital requirements into the supply chain procurement process

This will be a small-group, highly interactive session, so please come prepared to engage fully for the duration of the workshop.

Please note, this course will require some personal learning via our Learning Pathways, as well as reading of case studies in preparation for the second workshop. The second workshop will take place on 24th April.
