By attending this course, you will be helped to:

• Meet the challenges that digitalisation is bringing to the industry, while realising the substantial opportunities it offers
• Focus on developing a business case and making informed business decisions around digital innovations and leading digital supply chains and project procurement processes.

The session will be highly participative, engaging, and challenging: together participants will draw on their experience and knowledge to address the dilemmas posed in the teaching cases.

Using an innovative approach developed at Harvard Business School, and two teaching cases set in Tideway and Skanska, these online workshops will be delivered by Dr Bethan Morgan and Dr Eleni Papadonikolaki from Digital Outlook.

Please make sure you have read the two case studies in your learning pathway before attending this workshop, and completed the accompanying questionnaire. It is essential that you complete these tasks in order to participate effectively. 

Please note, this course will require some personal learning via our Learning Pathways, as well as reading of case studies in preparation for the second workshop. The first workshop will take place on 21st March, and you can register for this here.
