What is this course about?

This workshop covers the key principles of a Lean structured approach to problem solving. Use these principles to start the cycle of continuous improvement through involvement & engagement of your teams to drive decision making to the correct levels in your business.

This session will be delivered online. We will contact you with joining instructions at least 24 hours before the webinar starts.

What will we cover?

This workshop will provide participants with:

  • An understanding of the key principles of a Lean structured approach to problem solving
  • How to use Lean problem solving to start the cycle of continuous improvement

What level is the course?

This is a BEGINNER LEVEL course and everyone is welcome.

What are the attendance requirements?

These sessions have limited spaces, so before booking please ensure you can attend, and can meet the full attendance requirements.

Please arrive promptly and stay for the duration of the event. This means arriving no later than 10 minutes late to the workshop and attending the full 60 minutes.

Please note, if you fail to meet the attendance requirements, unfortunately you will not be issued a CPD Certificate.

What are the technical requirements?

You will need:

  • Internet connection
  • A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook)
  • Earphones/headphones/speakers (preferable)
  • A tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone to load facilitation tools
