What is this session about? 

This session is designed to create alignment of collaborative working expectations throughout the supply chain. We will discuss how to create the right environment for collaboration and look at simple enablers to support our working methods.

What will I achieve?

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Discuss what collaborative working is
• Align and create shared goals and objectives
• Create a collaborative working environment
• Understand the enablers for collaborative working

What are the technical requirements?  

You will need:  

• Internet connection 
• A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook) 
• Earphones/headphones/speakers (preferable) 
• A tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone to load facilitation tools
