What is the webinar about?

This is a Leadership & Management Apprenticeship programme and has been specifically designed for FIR Ambassadors, to support their role in promoting a culture of Fairness, Inclusion and Respect within the organisation in which they work. They embody the principles of FIR, working collaboratively, stepping in to take action and challenge behaviours and to positively impact the workplace culture, whilst developing their skills to become an Inclusive Leader.

This programme supports those FIR Ambassadors who are aspiring leaders or currently hold a leadership role.


What is the Programme about?

This programme is approximately 18 months in length, with a final three-month window to complete End Point Assessment and is funded through the Apprenticeship levy.

Level 5 - Operations/Departmental Apprenticeship

On successful achievement of the programme, the Apprentice is awarded the Apprenticeship Standard, a Diploma in Management and Leadership through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and receive Chartered Manager Status (post nominal letters CMgr).  


Who should Attend?

This webinar is for FIR Ambassadors who already have a management role or aspiring leaders.
