What is the webinar about?

Together with the Supply Chain School and its main JV delivery partners, HS2 has created a support programme to improve sustainability skills and performance of all companies connected with the UK’s largest infrastructure project.

The programme will use a collaborative, standard approach to learning and competence linked to HS2 strategic objectives. It will also rationalise the approaches used to manage and monitor supply chain sustainability performance.

This development programme is supported by all four JV partners delivering HS2 Main Works and all three JVs constructing the Stations. It includes:

• Dedicated HS2 Learning Pathways
• Resources and content based on HS2 sustainability requirements
• Training Needs Assessments across 7 main topics, producing bespoke action plans to build individual and corporate level understanding and knowledge
• Series of interactive workshops available to all companies free of charge

This webinar introduces you to the HS2 Supply Chain School and its mission as well as outlining the sustainability agenda for HS2 and its JV contractors.
