This 2.5 hour workshop for the National Highways Scheme Delivery Framework, will provide participants with an introductory understanding and overview of the landscape around social value. 

Participants will gain an overview and explore the National Highways Social Value Plan 2022-24 and strategy, specifically in relation to the fourth pillar of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, supporting the creation of a more equal society by increasing opportunities for underrepresented groups and providing a road network that is accessible for all.. 

The workshop will set out the business case for social value; outline best practice for creating meaningful social value discuss the tools and frameworks available to measure and report on social value.
