Measuring and Managing Environmental Impacts - Webinar
What is this session about?
This webinar will provide you with an introduction to measuring and managing your environmental impacts, discussing: carbon; waste and circular economy; biodiversity and pollution. It will guide you through understanding how to identify your own environmental impacts, how you can establish a framework to collect relevant data, and how you can take action based on your performance.
It is a beginner-level webinar for professionals working in the built environment.
What will I achieve
By attending this session you will:
- Recognise the importance of measuring environmental impacts in the built environment for sustainable development and regulatory compliance.
- Understand how to implement a framework to measure and manage your own environmental impacts
- Familiarise yourself with tools and methodologies for collecting and reporting your data
- Drive sustainable outcomes and meet regulatory requirements in the built environment
What are the attendance requirements?
You may be sent reading materials or supporting documents prior to the workshop, so be sure to check your inbox so you are up to speed. These sessions have limited spaces, so before booking please ensure you can attend, and can meet the full attendance requirements.
Please arrive promptly and stay for the duration of the event. This means arriving no later than 10 minutes to the workshop and attending the full 2 hours. No recordings will be available of the live session.
To receive your CPD accreditation and for this to be tracked through your Supply Chain Sustainability School dashboard make sure your full name is reflected on your Zoom account when you join the session.
Please note, if you fail to meet the attendance requirements, unfortunately you will not be issued a CPD Certificate.
