The FIR Programme and Government Equalities Office (GEO) are organising a half day roundtable masterclass to collect and share views around LGBT inclusion issues in construction.

This exclusive discussion filled masterclass will encourage FIR Ambassadors to reflect on: 

• Employers’ levels of awareness of issues facing LGBT employees
• Understanding ways to create an inclusive culture
• Outlining what training or interventions would be beneficial
• What can be done to help drive LGBT inclusion in the workplace

We are keen to learn from businesses what we can do to assist employers to drive LGBT inclusion in the workplace. We are especially keen to hear from small and medium enterprises (SMEs). At this workshop, you'll learn what government can do to assist employers to drive LGBT inclusion in the workplace.
