Strategy: We know we need to act, but how do we chart a course to low carbon? 

This discussion session facilitated by Lara Young, Group Carbon Manager at Costain, and James Cadman, Lead Consultant at Action Sustainability, will look at leadership and strategy as critical success factors to manage carbon in an organization. 

We will open up the discussion and discuss how we set strategic, evidence-based objectives and targets aligning to SBTi / net zero and how to find new ways of working, communication and disclosure.

This will be an interactive session, so please be ready to participate actively, share your experience, ask your questions and feed back on topics raised.
