Engagement: We can’t do this on our own; how do we get suppliers, clients and stakeholders to support us? 

This discussion session facilitated by James Douglas, Head of Sustainability at Lendlease, and James Cadman, Lead Consultant at Action Sustainability, will focus on the collaboration piece among suppliers, clients and stakeholders.

We will open up the discussion with an overview about changing procurement processes, engaging suppliers on innovation and clients for new delivery models, prioritising key products and materials, and providing training.

This will be an interactive session, so please be ready to participate actively, share your experience, ask your questions and feed back on topics raised.
