If you're interested in becoming a FIR Ambassador, you will need to complete the 'Become a FIR Ambassador with Mane' learning pathway and attend this workshop!

The learning pathway consists of: 

• Completing the "Achieving Business Success" e-learning module
• Watching the 3 videos outlined within the pathway
• Attending this training course

During this training course, you will:

• Discuss the barriers to fairness, inclusion and respect (FIR) and how they can be overcome
• Produce your own FIR action plan
• Meet other FIR Ambassadors
• Gain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points, to add to your professional profile
• Receive a FIR Ambassador commitment
