This Lunch n Learn is part of the Introduction to Lean Construction Learning Pathway. 

The Introduction to Lean Construction Learning Pathway has been developed to take you on a journey to build your understanding, knowledge & capability to utilise the associated Lean tools and techniques. The Learning Pathway consists of a Lunch n Learn, E-Learning Module and Workshop. This Learning Pathway will build your confidence so that you can work with others in your organisation to start the improvement cycle.

This Lunch n Learn will aim to give you an awareness of the key Lean tools and techniques and explain how Lean can benefit the construction industry.

It will introduce you to the Introduction to Lean Construction Learning Pathway that will be delivered by the Supply Chain Sustainability School in partnership with LC International throughout 2021.

At this session you will:

• Be introduced to the Introduction to Lean Construction Learning Pathway
• Explore current frustrations and seek out opportunities using Lean
• Hear an overview of the Lean enablers
• Have the opportunity to take part in an interactive Q&A

Target audience: Anyone within the construction industry or built environment sector, including functions on-site, office based or a supply chain partner, that has an interest in challenging the status quo within their own work area to become more productive in the delivery of their work content. This Learning Pathway is targeted at influential people, not just Leaders or Managers, but anyone that wants to take the first step at making a positive difference that all can benefit from.
