This taster workshop is part of our Embedding Digital in Construction launch event. This will launch 'Downloading a Digital Mindset’, a new Digital topic area in the School. We highly recommend attending the launch event prior to this workshop. 

'Downloading a Digital Mindset’, funded by CITB, draws upon what is arguably the UK’s leading digital infrastructure project, Tideway, and uses best practice from Costain, Skanska and the Supply Chain School’s main infrastructure contractors to create a blend of digital leadership training. This programme will equip managers and leaders with the skills and technology knowledge to embed a digital approach into their business strategies.

This 45 minute taster workshop will help you to understand what informs digital innovation investment decisions and identify the reasons of failed digital innovation investments, as a taster of the "Digitalising your supply chain" workshops we will be running throughout the year as part of our new Digital topic area in the School.
