What is this webinar about?

This webinar, for National Highways Regional Delivery Framework Suppliers is also open to SDF/PDF and all other frameworks and NH colleagues, will identify practical steps to improve productivity and explore the links between cost, value, and customer needs. Furthermore, we will explore the role of a leader when implementing these steps and supporting their teams to get in the groove to improve.

What will I achieve?

By the end of this session, participants will:  

  • Understand how performance and productivity are critical to business success
  • Understand the key areas that impact productivity currently across your projects
  • Learn to ensure you are measuring the right elements of your project
  • Be provided with simple tools and processes that can be applied to any project

Who is this webinar suited for?

This webinar has been organised to enable employees from all levels of supplier organisations with an interest in operational excellence to gain insight and support in order to increase skills and maturity across the value chain. 

What are the technical requirements?  

You will need:  

  • Internet connection 
  • A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook) 
  • Earphones/headphones/speakers (preferable) 
  • A tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone to load facilitation tools 

What are the attendance requirements? 

  • Please arrive promptly and stay for the duration. This means arriving no later than 10 minutes to the session and attending the full 2 hours.  
  • To receive your CPD accreditation and for this to be tracked through your Supply Chain Sustainability School dashboard make sure your full name is reflected on your Zoom account when you join the session.  
  • Please note, if you fail to meet the attendance requirements, unfortunately you will not be issued a CPD Certificate. 

Can I invite a colleague? 

  • Yes, you can invite as many colleagues as you’d like. Simply follow the instructions when you click through to register under ‘Add or cancel additional attendees’.
