This free workshop encourages the uptake of best-practice project management in the offsite construction sector. Aimed at project managers, those who are interested in project management and those who want to gain a greater understanding of offsite project management. 

This workshop will help you to understand:

• The requirements needed to guide the client pre-contract, including forms of contracts, validating design decisions and environmental considerations
• How to identify risk and opportunities
• How to coordinate onsite and manufacturing programmes
• How to have an awareness of industry capacity
