Date & time

Wednesday, 10 July 2024, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What is the session about?

Retrofit projects need to perform, they need to be efficient and we need to take the learnings from each one to improve the next. This accelerates the pace of decarbonisation and offers opportunities for businesses. Efficient, successful retrofit projects are good for growth.

Join our virtual conference as we delve into client preferences, carbon footprint reduction, cost implications, and regulatory compliance to help you take learnings into successful future work.

Successful retrofit isn't just understanding theory – it's about turning diverse needs and priorities into actionable retrofit designs that seamlessly transition from concept to reality. Challenges are part of the journey and we will discuss how to overcome obstacles and ensure that buildings achieve peak efficiency while meeting the demands of clients, contractors, and supply chains. This will bring out key themes that enable retrofit success – with good data, and even better collaboration standing out.

This virtual conference will bring together experts from across the retrofit landscape to share case studies and learnings on what enables retrofit success.

You'll listen to Technical Advisers sharing their experiences to uncover common obstacles in retrofit projects, bridging the gap between design and reality. Contractors will then discuss challenges faced in large-scale projects and how they achieved success through overcoming them.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions to the expert panel and be signposted to key retrofit learning.
