What is the session about?

Are you a procurement professional working during in this uncertain time of Brexit and COVID-19? Are material and labour shortages the stuff your dreams are made of? This Lunch ‘n’ Learn will give you a broad understanding of supply chain capacity and resilience and help you understand ways to build supply chain capacity.

What will I achieve?

By the end of this course you will be able to:

• Understand the importance of a good procurement and supply chain process
• Understand the mechanism for business resilience planning and how to undertake this in your organisation
• Recognise the tools suitable for your organisation, when developing and managing your supply chain risks
• Takeaway a framework for planning your response to not only the current situation but the future business landscape

What level is the session and do I need any particular skills?

This session is recommended for Supply Chain Partners and procurement professionals. The Level is Intermediate to Advanced, so a good understanding of supply chain management is required. 

What can I expect from a Lunch 'n' Learn?

Lunch 'n' Learns offer a quick introduction to a topic, or present a case study, 45-60 mins to fit around your busy schedule.

What are the technical requirements?

You will need:

• Internet connection
• A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook)
• Earphones/headphones/speakers (preferable)
• A tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone to load facilitation tools
