What is the session about?

Join us to hear a case study from School Partner Grosvenor on their net-zero office development – Holbein Gardens. The project entails a redevelopment and extension of an office block built in the 1980s and will cover emissions across the lifecycle. 

To reduce embodied emissions, Grosvenor is using designs which maximise the reuse of existing materials and low-carbon options, alongside features including electric heating, onsite solar generation and sustainable urban drainage systems. It will also send zero waste to landfill.

At this session you will have the opportunity to hear directly from Grosvenor on their plans for the project, the challenges in working on this and the business benefits and opportunities of working on a net zero project – and be inspired to consider how your organisation could do the same!
