What is the course about?

This 2 hour workshop provides an overview of modern slavery and the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. This session is for anyone to understand what modern slavery is, how to spot the signs and understand the risks of slavery within the supply chain. 

What will I achieve?

• Have an improved understanding of the Modern Slavery Act 2015
• Find out how to identify the signs of slavery within the supply chain (e.g. cleaning and security contractors) and understand the risks.
• Gain some insight into the strategic framework that can be used to ensure transparency in supply chains

What are the technical requirements?

You will need:

•  Internet connection
•  A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook)
• Earphones/headphones/speakers (preferable)
• A tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone to load facilitation tools
