Understanding the 2025 Employment Rights Act (Sizewell C) - Webinar
This session is one of a series of webinars and workshops being provided for Sizewell C as part of its Supplier Development Programme.
What will this session cover?
The Employment Rights Act 2025 introduces significant changes to UK employment law, including new rights for employees and updated rules for employers. Join us to understand the changes including managing sickness, working time regulations, reasonable adjustments and flexible working requests as we help you prepare to be compliant.
What will I achieve?
By attending this session, you will learn how to:
- An overview of the key updates introduced by the Employment Rights Act 2025.
- What the new legislation means in practice for employers and day-to-day people management.
- The risks of non-compliance and potential liability.
- How to navigate changes around absence management and working time requirements and best practices for handling requests related to flexibility and workplace adjustments.
- Steps you can take now to align policies and processes with the latest legal requirements.
What level is the workshop and do I need any particular skills?
This is a beginner level webinar. All are welcome and no particular skills are required.
What are the attendance requirements?
Please arrive promptly and stay for the duration of the event.
To receive your CPD accreditation and for this to be tracked through your Supply Chain Sustainability School dashboard make sure your full name is reflected on your Zoom account when you join the session.
Please note, if you fail to meet the attendance requirements, unfortunately you will not be issued a CPD Certificate.
What are the technical requirements?

- Earphones/headphones/speakers (preferable)
