What is the session about?

This session is designed to introduce you to the concepts of Waste Elimination in Construction. It is for people in all roles who are looking to expand their knowledge and start applying the tools and techniques of Lean Construction, across all levels of an organisation and the supply chain.

What will I achieve?

In this webinar participants will:

• Review our current understanding of what Value and Waste are
• Discuss how Waste Elimination can improve existing business processes
• Review real life case studies and the links between Waste and Productivity
• Provide a practical tool to support Waste Elimination

Who is this webinar for?

Individuals within the built environment: Construction managers, engineers, project managers, site managers, design engineers, business improvement managers, quality managers, directors and graduates. 

What are the attendance requirements?

Please arrive promptly and stay for the duration of the event.

To receive your CPD accreditation and for this to be tracked through your Supply Chain Sustainability School dashboard make sure your full name is reflected on your Zoom account when you join the session.  

Please note, if you fail to meet the attendance requirements, unfortunately you will not be issued a CPD Certificate.
