Understanding Social Value for SMEs (Sizewell C) - Webinar
This session is one of a series of webinars and workshops being provided for Sizewell C as part of its Supplier Development Programme.
What will this session cover?
This webinar will look at the constant worry that SMEs are given social value targets in tenders that they struggle with, worries that they wont achieve and rules them out of a tender….but do we really have to reinvent the wheel for social value? Join Cooper Consultancy & RSK to discover why you don't need to create entirely new social initiatives from scratch. Learn how to collaborate with or build upon existing, trustworthy community organisations and programmes to achieve your social value objectives more efficiently. Understanding this approach can help you leverage established relationships, shared resources, and proven methods to deliver social impact without wasting time and money on redundant efforts.
To reach 'low cost - high impact', lets investigate the principles such as; Partner with existing organisations, Focus on collaboration, not competition and Business as usual.
