The Inspiring Change Conference & Awards is dedicated to recognising the commitment of our partners and the broader FIR community in advancing FIR within their workplaces and across the wider industry.

What is this Conference & Awards about?

The Inspiring Change Conference & Awards brings the FIR community together to share learning and best practice, explore initiatives really bringing change and making a difference across the industry, and celebrate the progress toward making the construction and built environment sector a fairer, more inclusive and respectful place to work.   

Combining an in-person conference with award presentations woven throughout the day, this event goes beyond recognition. Expect honest conversations, practical insight, and interactive sessions designed to challenge thinking and support real, lasting change. 

Whether you’re well into your fairness, inclusion and respect (FIR) journey or just getting started, this is your opportunity to connect with peers, learn from other industries, and celebrate the individuals and organisations making a difference across the UK.
