How To Design A Diversity Survey That Works and Get People To Share Their Data

Learn how to overcome privacy concerns and collect meaningful diversity data that employees feel confident sharing.

What is the session about?

Collecting diversity data can be challenging. Not everyone wants to share their personal data – for a wide variety of reasons.  Overcoming individual barriers to sharing and getting people to overcome privacy concerns to trust the organisation enough to share their data takes work and strategy.

In this practical one-hour webinar, Head of FIR, Dana James-Edwards and a group of panellists who have become experts at collecting and working with diversity data, will explore some of the key barriers to collecting diversity data and how they can be overcome.

Attendees will leave with practical tools, example questions, and a step-by-step framework to confidently launch or improve their diversity data collection efforts and build the trust needed to gather honest, high-quality insights.
