CANCELLED - How To Get Buy-in and Make The Case For FIR In Your Organisation - Webinar
What is the session about?
Creating a plan for FIR in your organisation is a great start, but a plan on its own does not create change. You need people to come on the journey with you. You need buy-in – both from senior leaders and from others in your organisation who can get involved in and support your plans.
This session focuses on what happens after the planning stage. How do you talk about FIR in a way that will make sense and appeal to different people across your organisation? How do you get leaders to prioritise it and teams on the ground to feel part of it rather than switched off by it? Join us for this practical and approachable session to find out.
No jargon, no lectures - just honest conversations and advice rooted in experience about how to get buy-in that leads to action.
What will I achieve?
By attending this session, you will learn how to:
-
Talk about your FIR plan in simple, relatable ways that will resonate with people.
-
Tailor your approach to getting buy-in to adapt to different audiences and personalities, and best appeal to what interests them.
-
Boost engagement with your plans and get people involved and excited.
-
Overcome objections and take next steps.
What level is the webinar, and do I need any particular skills?
