Next Steps for FIR Ambassadors - Webinar

Get support to step confidently into your role as a Fairness, Inclusion & Respect (FIR) Ambassador and make real impact.

What is the session about?

This session is for existing FIR Ambassadors or those who have attended a ‘Becoming a FIR Ambassador’ workshop who have not yet signed the commitment.

You’re someone who has already shown commitment to fairness, inclusion and respect who wants to step up and making a change in your organisation, community or the wider industry. You’ve taken the first steps, but you might need a little bit of help getting started or with uncovering tools and techniques for making even more meaningful impact in your role.

This practical, interactive session will give you the clarity, confidence and tools to step up as a FIR Ambassador.

Join us to learn how to turn your FIR Ambassador commitment into meaningful action with practical guidance, tools and support.

What will I achieve?

By attending this webinar, you will learn:

  • What it truly means to be a FIR Ambassador – from promoting everyday behaviours, to making change, to influencing culture within your organisation.

  • How to position the FIR Ambassador role in your organisation and get people to understand what the role is and how you can support.

  • Realistic, achievable next steps to help you embed FIR into your workplace and overcome common barriers.
