How to Build a 2026 Plan for FIR in Your Organisation - Webinar
What is the session about?
Creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and able to thrive is essential, but it can feel overwhelming to know where to start and how to get started.
This practical, interactive session is designed to help you plan for a year of Fairness, Inclusion and Respect in your organisation. What will you focus on? What will be your priorities and how can you determine them? How can you build a plan and what should that plan look like?
We can help answer those questions and more and help you feel more confident in leading or championing FIR in your organisation.
What will I achieve?
By attending this webinar, you will learn how to:
Map your organisation’s current FIR strengths and gaps, to help you identify and plan for your most common FIR challenges.
Prioritise your FIR actions for the year, focusing on achievable steps that are impactful and could help move the dial and bring about the change you want to see.
Develop a draft FIR activity plan or strategy, including goals, responsibilities and actions suitable for a 12-month cycle.
Understand how you can use the FIR Programme’s resources to support your work.
What level is the webinar, and do I need any particular skills?
This is a beginner level webinar. No particular skills are required other than an interest in FIR.
What are the attendance requirements?
