Becoming a Fairness, Inclusion & Respect Ambassador in Scotland - Workshop

FIR Ambassadors promote a culture of Fairness, Inclusion and Respect within the organisation in which they work - a session for the Scotland value chain.

What is this workshop about?

FIR Ambassadors promote a culture of Fairness, Inclusion and Respect within the organisation in which they work. They are expected to embody the principles of FIR: work collaboratively, whilst stepping in to take action, challenge behaviours and positively impact workplace culture.

Please take some time to complete the "FIR Ambassador pre-training" learning pathway and register for this workshop to find out the full details.

This engaging, interactive session will hear from and involve individuals/companies working in the built environment Scotland who have embraced and are driving diversity and inclusion in the sector so register now to get involved on this important journey!

Hear from Claire McCleery, Director, Jam Card for Business / NOW Group - a multi award winning social enterprise which supports people who are neurodiverse, autistic, have ADHD or have a learning disability into finding jobs with a future.
