What is the session about? 

Our recently launched Diversity Data Benchmarking Report aggregates protected characteristic data of employees within the construction and built environment sector. It provides key insights and trend analysis and is the largest report of its kind, giving us one of the clearest pictures of diversity in the sector. 

Alongside the FIR Team, you’ll hear from Liv Banfield, Senior Analyst & Impact Manager at Action Sustainability. Since 2021, Liv has helped organisations use data and benchmarking to drive real change. Together we’ll be sharing the top highlights from this year’s report, including:

This is a beginner-level webinar, designed for anyone interested in knowing how diverse we are in the construction and built environment sector and understanding key trends, challenges and improvements in the sector’s make up. No prior knowledge or skills required. 

What are the attendance requirements? 

Please arrive promptly and stay for the duration. There are no other requirements for attending this session.  

What are the technical requirements? 

You will need: 

• Internet connection.  
• A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook).  
• Earphones/headphones/speakers (preferable).  
• A tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone to load facilitation tools.
