Our recently launched Diversity Data Benchmarking Report aggregates protected characteristic data of employees within the construction and built environment sector. It provides key insights and trend analysis and is the largest report of its kind, giving us one of the clearest pictures of diversity in the sector.
Alongside the FIR Team, you’ll hear from Liv Banfield, Senior Analyst & Impact Manager at Action Sustainability. Since 2021, Liv has helped organisations use data and benchmarking to drive real change. Together we’ll be sharing the top highlights from this year’s report, including:
