However, it can be challenging for minority and excluded groups to secure interviews and then turn interviews into jobs and careers. The same challenges can exist for minority owned businesses seeking to supply.

This webinar focuses on what is being done to open up career paths and supply opportunities for minority and excluded groups.

This webinar will help you to understand:

    • A better understanding of why inclusive recruitment and supply is so important
    • Tips on how to be more successful as an employer, an applicant or a supplier
    • Advice on where to go for help, whether you are doing the recruiting, are a job applicant, or a prospective supplier.
