Our recently launched Diversity Data Benchmarking Report aggregates protected characteristic data of employees within the built environment sector. It provides key insights and trend analysis covering 589 organisations anonymously reporting data on 453,624 employees making it the largest report of its kind and giving us one of the clearest pictures of diversity in the sector.
